This is one of the most advanced systems we have ever created to remotely deploy camera feeds. Through this site we can license your cameras feed to the datacenter for remote viewing and recording.

Please note that your ISBM package is reliant on the internet and there may be fluctuations in the service feed based on your internet connection this means that we cannot be held liable for recordings that have had the following DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name System) Updates, Internet Outages and power failures. While we can monitor and let you know if any of these conditions are happening to your system, we cannot record during these described events. PMX SiteLOC can setup to record any kind of Network Video Encoder or NVE. Our VSP or Video service provider solution is based off of the http://www.axis.com/hosting/  platform please visit the link for details.

PMX COMPUTING, INC. covers all alerts for your cameras including systems recording device functions and remote storage allocation maintenance. To obtain a certified copy of your recordings just place a call to one of our friendly staff at 631-828-5585 and give us the dates you need pulled from the data center. Recordings can only be pulled from your storage allotment and is based off of your installation agreement. The recordings will be placed on a simple USB drive and shipped directly to you with a ACS Compliant digital signature. SiteLOC was created to ease customers from having to deal with Recording devices placed on site.
Once your purchase is made it will be followed up with a few transmittals they take about a day to generate the activation of the service for all notices and licensure.

*Our system can only monitor and record the signals coming into and out of the system while we make sure there is a good effort to stabilize all internet feeds that are coming into the datacenter we are still dependent on the internet service provider to allow us to store your data remotely. Some things that are easy fixes are simply unplugging and re plugging in the power to the system all of the software we program into the camera is permanent and cannot be changed, thus  a simple power cycle usually fixes any issue. PMX Computing Inc cannot be held responsible for any lost recordings due to internet service provider issues. Should your needs require you to be more stable SLA agreements are available upon request...
